What to Check in Your Figurine Preview—and What to Check on Your Order

Two checks, two different sources

Design preview: pose and shape

Inspect the sculpture on screen, including the hair, glasses and jacket layers.

Order details: selected finish and size

Read the selected options. Screen color and zoom do not confirm paint or physical size.

An on-screen design preview shows the sculpted pose and silhouette, while your order details specify the physical finish, size, and two-stage approval sequence.

Illustrative example. The preview on screen and blank order card are not a customer record.

Start with Two Separate Checks

When your figurine preview arrives, open your order confirmation right beside it. Use the preview on your screen to check the look of the character—the pose, hair shape, glasses, and outfit outline. Use your order receipt and the product page to check the physical details, such as the finish and size you selected.

Screen Checks vs. Order Checks

Use the four pairs below to check the design on screen alongside your order receipt:

Pair every screen check with an order check

1 · On screen: Color

If your character concept uses color, use it to see where hair, clothes, and accessories meet, while a gray 3D model shows the sculpted form.

1 · On your order: Finish

Check the finish on your receipt—Gallery White is unpainted, even if a concept preview shows color.

2 · On screen: Pose

Check the views provided to see how the head tilt, arm position, and stance work together.

2 · On your order: Size

Check the height listed for the size you ordered and measure your shelf with a ruler.

3 · On screen: Outfit

Check that main clothing layers, collars, and shoes match your photo; the finished design is a stylized likeness, and fine patterns and delicate details may be simplified.

3 · On your order: Photo notes

Use the Customization notes field to state which photo guides the outfit and which guides the face.

4 · On screen: Preview stages

Check the character concept first for styling, and then check the final 3D preview for sculpted shape.

4 · On your order: Order steps

Checkout and payment come first, followed by character concept confirmation and final 3D preview confirmation, with production starting after approval and delivery afterward.

How Screen Color and Zoom Can Mislead

If your preview uses color blocks, treat them as a visual aid to help you distinguish a jacket lapel from a sweater collar on screen. Your receipt, rather than the preview image, tells you which physical finish you ordered.

Zooming in on a phone or laptop also makes small features look much larger than they will be in your hand, and screen zoom cannot show real-world scale. A tiny shirt pattern or collar pin might fill several inches of your display, even though on a compact figurine, fine patterns and delicate details may be simplified. To know how much space the figurine will take up, check the height for your ordered size and use a ruler at the shelf where you plan to keep it.

Example: Reviewing an Anniversary Gift

Suppose you ordered a couple figurine for an anniversary gift (illustrative example). Looking at the preview on your laptop, you notice one partner's glasses have rectangular frames instead of the round ones in your face photo, and you also want to make sure the figurine will fit on a narrow bookshelf.

You handle the glasses in your preview reply by asking to change the frame shape from rectangular to round to match Photo 2. For the bookshelf, you check the size you selected on your order and ask for the finished height so you can measure the shelf clearance.

Ask for a design edit. Check the order separately.

Design feedback · requested change

Could we change the glasses to round frames to match Photo 2?

Separate order check · illustrative example

Check the selected finish on your receipt and confirm the finished height for your bookshelf.

Illustrative order check: request sculpture changes (like glasses shape) before final 3D preview approval, while checking physical finish (such as unpainted Gallery White) on your order confirmation.

A Sample Preview Reply

If you have both a design adjustment and an order question, you can put them in one short reply (illustrative note):

"Could we change the glasses to round frames to match Photo 2? Also, could you confirm the finished height for the size I ordered so I can check our shelf space?"

View all FAQs
When can I review my design?

After you order, we prepare a character concept and then a 3D model for your approval before printing. The product gallery helps you choose a design; it is not an instant personalized preview of your uploaded photo. Request changes during the review stage.

What photos should I prepare?

Choose clear, well-lit photos that show each person's face, hairstyle and outfit. For pets, show the face and distinctive markings. Include extra angles when a detail is not visible, and use photos you have permission to share.

How can I turn a gift idea into my own figurine?

Use the guide for inspiration, then choose a product that matches your people or pets. Your own photos and requested details guide the custom design. Check the selected product for its actual options, inclusions and price.

Is shipping free?

Yes. We offer free shipping on orders to the destinations listed in our shipping policy. Check delivery availability for your address at checkout. If you need a gift for a specific date, contact us before ordering.

Shipping policy
Are taxes and import duties included?

Yes. Our prices are tax-inclusive, and our shipping policy includes import duties, taxes and customs fees in your order total. If a carrier asks you for an unexpected customs payment, contact us with your order number and the notice so we can check it.

Shipping policy
How long does production and delivery take?

Our current shipping policy states dispatch within 7 calendar days after payment, with your character concept and 3D model approved before production. Please respond promptly to design reviews; revisions or delayed approval can affect the schedule. After dispatch, estimated transit is 2–8 business days to the US and Canada, 3–8 to the EU, UK, Australia and New Zealand, 3–9 to other regions, and 5–12 to overseas territories and islands. Transit time is additional to preparation; these are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.
