Will my figure arrive painted?
Gallery White is an unpainted FDM figure, ready to display or paint yourself. Hand-Painted is a resin figure painted by hand. Available finishes and sizes are shown on each product page. Check your selected finish and final price before ordering.
What kind of photo should I use?
Use a clear, well-lit photo with the face visible. A full-body photo helps with outfits and pose. Add another angle if there is a detail you want us to see.
Can I check the design before you print?
Yes. You meet the character concept first and the final 3D version second, with one included revision at each stage. Nothing prints until you say, “That’s the one.” Cancellations and refunds follow the store policies linked below.
What if I need help with an order?
Contact us with your order number and the details of your question. Custom-order cancellations, damaged deliveries and other remedies are covered in our published store policies, linked below.
