Choose a hand-painted resin version of the PictoMini design in the same order. This service adds the hand-painted finish to your selected design; it is not a second figurine. Choose the coverage that matches the number of people and pets in that design.
- One figure: one person or one pet.
- Two figures: two people, or one person and one pet.
- Three to four figures: a design with three or four people and/or pets.
- For standard 8, 15, 18 and 20 cm PictoMini designs. Larger or unusually complex designs require a separate quote.
- The figurine is purchased separately. Do not add this service if your chosen figurine already includes a Hand-Painted finish.
- Existing character and 3D approval stages still apply.
How do I check what is included?
Read this product's description and the options you select. Check the subject count, size, finish and any separately selected extras where applicable. Scene decorations in images are not a list of included items; ask us if a detail is unclear.

Can I change an order I have already placed?
Contact support@pictomini.com promptly with your order number and the change you need. What can be changed depends on the order's current stage. A request is not confirmed until our team replies.
Is shipping free?
Yes. We offer free shipping on orders to the destinations listed in our shipping policy. Check delivery availability for your address at checkout. If you need a gift for a specific date, contact us before ordering.

Yes. Our prices are tax-inclusive, and our shipping policy includes import duties, taxes and customs fees in your order total. If a carrier asks you for an unexpected customs payment, contact us with your order number and the notice so we can check it.
Shipping policyHow long does production and delivery take?
Our current shipping policy states dispatch within 7 calendar days after payment, with your character concept and 3D model approved before production. Please respond promptly to design reviews; revisions or delayed approval can affect the schedule. After dispatch, estimated transit is 2–8 business days to the US and Canada, 3–8 to the EU, UK, Australia and New Zealand, 3–9 to other regions, and 5–12 to overseas territories and islands. Transit time is additional to preparation; these are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.
