Terms of Service

Welcome to PICTOMINI. These terms apply to purchases from pictomini.com and use of our store. PICTOMINI is a trading name of GEEKZEUS LTD. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to GEEKZEUS LTD trading as PICTOMINI. Our business contact details appear below and in our Contact Information and Legal Notice.

Please read these terms together with the product description, your selected options, our Return and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

1. Placing an order

You must be an adult able to enter into a binding contract to place an order. Please check your selected product, number of people or pets, size, finish, photos, notes and delivery address before paying. Contact support@pictomini.com promptly if you notice an error.

An automatic order email confirms receipt of your order; it is not approval of the design. If we cannot fulfil your request because of unsuitable reference material, production limitations, an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud or unlawful content, we will contact you. We will not charge you more or substitute a materially different product without your agreement. If we cannot accept or fulfil the order, we will refund amounts paid for it.

2. What you are purchasing

Our figures are personalised artistic interpretations of your photos, not exact photographic replicas. The selected size and finish, the subjects included, and the inclusions described for that product form part of your order.

Gallery White means an unpainted figure. A coloured concept image does not mean that painting is included. Hand-painting is included only when a purchasable Hand-Painted option is selected and paid for, or when separately agreed in writing. Product images identified as illustrations, concepts or samples are not photographs of your own finished order.

Included accessories and starter painting tools are those stated for your chosen product and finish. Please do not assume every item shown in a styled image is included.

3. Photos and personalisation instructions

You retain your rights in the material you submit. You give us a limited permission to use it, and to allow necessary service providers to use it, to design, produce, fulfil and support your order, subject to our Privacy Policy.

You must have the necessary rights and lawful permission to submit and use the material for this purpose, including permission relating to identifiable people where required. We may decline material that is unlawful, infringes another person's rights or cannot safely or reasonably be produced.

We will ask separately before using your photos or personalised design in advertising or public customer stories.

4. Design proofs and changes

You review a character concept and then the final 3D model before printing. Unless your product description says otherwise, one revision is included at each of these two stages.

Please raise requested changes before approving that stage. A new person, a substantially different concept or extra revisions outside the agreed scope may require a separate quote. We will explain any additional cost and timing and obtain your agreement before proceeding.

Silence is not approval. We do not start printing until the required approvals have been received. If we cannot reach you, your order may be placed on hold while we try to contact you; we will not treat that as permission to print or automatically forfeit your payment.

5. Finish and care

Unpainted FDM figures naturally show fine layer lines and minor surface variations. Hand-painted work may show small brushwork and colour variations. Screen settings and lighting can also affect how colours appear. These characteristics do not excuse defects or material differences from the agreed design and description.

Figures are decorative keepsakes, not toys. Handle small details carefully and keep them away from young children, pets, excessive heat and direct sunlight. Follow any care instructions included with your order.

6. Prices and payment

The currency, product price, selected extras, available delivery options and taxes collected at checkout are shown before payment. Import charges, where relevant, are explained in our Shipping Policy. Payment is handled through the payment services available at Shopify checkout. We do not ask you to email full payment-card details.

7. Cancellations, returns and delivery

Before personalised design work starts, you may cancel for a full refund. After design starts, a full change-of-mind refund is not guaranteed; requests and any lawful deductions are handled as described in our Return and Refund Policy. After final approval and the start of production, personalised items are not eligible for ordinary change-of-mind cancellation or return, except where law requires otherwise.

Design approval never removes your rights if an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, not delivered as agreed or not as described. Delivery, delays and parcel issues are handled under our Shipping Policy and applicable law.

8. Reviews and website use

Reviews should describe a genuine experience. Do not submit invented orders or ratings, impersonate another person, disclose someone else's private information, or upload unlawful or abusive material. A review submission is not automatically a verified purchase or guaranteed publication. We may moderate content for these reasons, but a genuine review is not rejected simply because it is negative.

Do not interfere with the website's security, attempt unauthorised access or misuse another person's information. Our original site content and licensed material may not be commercially reused without the relevant rights holder's permission. Customer-supplied material remains subject to its owner's rights.

9. Responsibility and legal rights

We do not exclude liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. We remain responsible for our obligations under applicable consumer law. Nothing in these terms forces you to give up mandatory protections available in your country or prevents you from using a court or complaints process available to you by law.

10. Updates and contact

We may update these terms for future orders. An update will not retrospectively remove rights under an order already placed. If you have a concern, please contact us so we can try to resolve it.
