Our current shipping policy states dispatch within 7 calendar days after payment, with your character concept and 3D model approved before production. Please respond promptly to design reviews; revisions or delayed approval can affect the schedule. After dispatch, estimated transit is 2–8 business days to the US and Canada, 3–8 to the EU, UK, Australia and New Zealand, 3–9 to other regions, and 5–12 to overseas territories and islands. Can I cancel my order for a refund?
You may cancel for a full refund before personalized design work begins. After design starts, contact us to review the work already completed; a full change-of-mind refund is not guaranteed.
